Some web forms do not have validations or autosave to protect your data. The extension is designed to support Smartsheet, Microsoft, and Google products (like web forms). It prevents data loss when the user accidentally refreshes/closes the tab or browser. An alert message should appear to the user to confirm the refresh or closing of the tab. To work, the user must first interact with the page. At least click anywhere on the page. Let us know if something is not working correctly.
