It's super easy to install and to use: like it says in the description, once the extension is installed, a "download" button appears below the borrowed book. You just click on it and wait for the PDF to download. Perfect!

Even then, it took the add-on a few tries to successfully download the 500-page book I was after, with multiple failed attempts retrieving an incomplete or unreadable PDF, so you might have to be persistent.
