Unfortunately it seems to have stopped working for me since my recent switch to mobile internet.
Any way to fix this?Resposta do desenvolvedor
publicado há 2 mesesDoes accessing https://sponsor.ajay.app work? If not, your internet service provider might have started blocking access to my servers. You can go into options -> misc -> SponsorBlock server address and try changing it to https://api.sponsor.ajay.app to see if the block is bypassed - Avaliado em 4 de 5por LordKing, há 2 mesesI use this for almost as long as it's available on firefox, so I'm quite happy. The only thing I dislike it's that for some reason, when a segment is skipped, the youtube video do not always restart, loading in vain; if i manually move the playing time in the video, it plays normally without restarting the page. So I'm hoping this will be fixed because it didn't happen in the past (but since I do not often go on youtube, i'm not sure when it started to happen).

It is almost aways perfect, but lately it has been acting up, the segments for skipping are loaded in and are visible on the seek bar but the extension sometimes doesn't auto skip. - Avaliado em 4 de 5por Cris., há 5 meses

- Avaliado em 4 de 5por Ben, há 5 mesesAdd on is perfect aside from one issue; unpaid promotion and self promotion aren't seperate, i am fine with self promotion but i don't want to sit through a sponsor just because it wasn't paid for, currently i have unpaid/self promotion set to ask to skip
- Avaliado em 4 de 5por Aengine, há 6 mesesNeeds a feature to block specific submitters. A lot of people misuse the extension and submit sponsors that are not sponsors, previews that are not previews, and so on. The extension is good and works most of the time, but needs this feature or another solution (votes aren't doing it). EDIT: Dev you seem to care which is nice, but I don't want to be the sponsorblock police reporting people on Discord. I just want a personal way to avoid submissions of users that think intros = previews; or perhaps a distinction between preview/recaps and "hooks". As an example nearly every GamersNexus video has an intro that *does* add to the content but it's almost always marked as preview/recap/hook (sometimes it's clips from the incoming video, those I agree are OK to mark as preview/recap/hook).

Segments can be a bit overzealous. I'm surprised by what gets upvoted sometimes. "Highlights" in particular are just confusing more often than they're useful IME (why would anyone want to skip the first 10 seconds of Old Town Road?), but it's more of a problem with categories that you might generally want to autoskip, but sometimes have segments that don't fit the category rules.
So, this is a bit more of a compromise than traditional adblockers are. But I'd rather occasionally hassle with unskipping a segment than ever hear an ad-read for a VPN ever again. It's a net positive by a huge amount. Thank you Ajay and everyone who tags segments. - Avaliado em 4 de 5por Sourav Satvaya, há um anoThis extension does what it claims to be, but there's one issue on the mobile version. When I'm watching a video on full screen and if that video has a sponsor part, as soon as the video comes to that part the extension is forcing the player to exit the full screen.
- Avaliado em 4 de 5por Heinrich Lunge, há um anoThis extension is one of the best things after uBo, it is just superb, but there is one thing that bothers me, recently a rewatched a video and there was already a sponsor segment marked, but it was wrongly timed, I corrected it, but my marked segment was not saved even though it was the correct one, I think this should be fixed, even though I downvoted the wrong segment, it is the one that still appears in the video.

publicado há um anoIn some countries such as Russia, they have blocked the main sponsorblock server- It works well and saved me a lot of time, although I found a really annoying bug that stops the progress bar from working when using it on Firefox. It won’t show any elapsed time and will only indicate your position in the video when you hover over it to see the red dot. The only fix I’ve found is to completely reinstall or disable the extension, and even then, that only works for like an hour or two. Please fix this! I don't wanna go without the extension but I can't STAND this bug!

publicado há 2 anosOur goal is to make the best skips possible, even a small change in milliseconds can cause problems when skipping.
Make sure to use the preview button to make sure your segments are skipping well so that a moderator doesn't have to spend time fixing your mistakes.- Avaliado em 4 de 5por LiberaEspero, há 2 anos
