Absolutely impossible to install - I had to add an extension, but then there are no instructions about what to do next. Useless!

worthless. I am told to place application in my application folder, do, so and still admonished for not doing so. It does not link with firefox

1Password is awesome. It works 85% of the time, the other 5% is caused by some quirky website.
Their support is responsive and they are constantly upgrading, adding features and squashing the few bugs that crop up. I honestly cannot understand the number of the 1 star reviews. I could not function online without 1Password!

It's not easy for me to learn. It does not seem to work with my banking sites. Perhaps eventually I will understand how it works. After about 6 hours working with it, I'm still baffled.

Migrated from LastPass after being very dissatisfied with their feature set and outdated browser add-on. Using 1Password has so far (a couple of months) been a hugely better experience

Wonderful app. Using the family subscription to make sure the my muggles stay safe. Beautiful GUI, browser plugin and phone app. Offers MFA OTP, passkeys, API and much more. The user support is mind blowing. Worth every dime.

I'm so frustrated at using 1Password in both Safari and Firefox. The browser extensions seldom work, and sometimes even when I open up the app, the passwords do not automatically load up. What a mess, and to think I'm paying monthly for this junk.

One of the best in class. Sadly many glitches lowers the overall score. Issues like: example in Yahoo Mail after signing in keeps showing a mini window that has no usable button and displays a wrong information; sometimes the 1password password manager does not save in history the generated passwords; few synchronization issues, emergency kit is not useful if the password field is not inserted automatically; hidden information saved with accounts that are revealed at export; deleted and destroyed items many times reappear; many entries are doubled in the same vault; not easy to differ different vaults, etc...
